LOJCS Happenings

Last year, we were blessed to be able to gather Monday mornings for chapel and start every week by getting our attention focused on the LORD in praise, worship, prayer, and the word of God. In addition to hearing from our wonderful staff, we had the opportunity to hear from some great, Kingman-local, chapel speakers so far this year. Just to name a few: David Dill (Journey Church), Pastor Pete Ernst (Family Bible Church), Pastor Neil Hocker (Cornerstone Baptist), Paul Parmenter (Retired Navy Seal), and Dennis Oberg (Independent Electric).

In October 2023, the students were able to make pizza with Mr. Ward. He offered to make the dough and hand toss it so the students could top and bake them. The pizza was so good, we forgot to take some photos of the finished product. 🍕
